Laura Swinnerton Manager/Wedding Coordinator
Laura has been with the Hall for a few years now and has helped us build and develop the business. Known for her constant list-making and being something of a workaholic, Laura loves nothing more than organising your wedding or special occasion.
The very proud mother of two is our super-efficient accountant.
Emily Front of House Team
Emily is our little star! She is hardworking and always keeps calm and collected when under pressure.
Ant is a local lad often found tending to vegetables and plants or with his favourite toy... the strimmer. If ever you need an accurate weather forecast, forget the Met Office - Ant is your man!
Will has been with us for several years now and is Richard's right hand man. No grass is too long, no guttering is too high and no job is too big for Will to tackle.
Mike Head Chef
Mike is our super-organised head of the kitchen and enjoys whipping up culinary delights in our state-of-the-art kitchen.
Steve Sous Chef
Standing at 6ft 4" Steve is our gentle giant of the kitchen. Steve is passionate about his food and loves creating new dishes. When he is not working he enjoys walking his husky 'Storm' which, by the sounds of it, is an accurate name for her!
Pete is a Tern Hill Hall veteran, being with us from the start. Being a Staffordshire lad he appreciates a good oatcake.
James Pastry Chef
James prides himself in producing the most beautiful desserts for us. When not at the Hall James is at home creating new and exciting recipes.
