A very big thank you to you especially and your team for making our silver anniversary lunch at Tern Hill Hall so very special. Nothing was too much trouble for you! Our guests all enjoyed the occasion very much and were very complimentary about the venue and the standard of the food. And for those of us who stayed the rooms are amazing! Thank you all!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you, Tracey, Chef and all your fantastic staff did for us on Emma and Joe's special day, and also leading up to it. Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful as we have been arranging Helen & Leon's wedding and on the wedding day itself last Thursday. The dining room was set up so beautifully and looked perfect. You were most helpful overseeing procedures for us and your staff were pleasant, efficient and helpful throughout the wedding day. We stayed on the 11th November for a family wedding and I can say that you and your staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, the food was out of this world, the rooms were amazing and the lovely young lady that greeted was excellent. Definitely 30 out of 10. Keep up the good work.
I would like to thank (sic)you and your staff for arranging such a lovely birthday party for Ginny on her 70th Birthday. Ginny and I would like to congratulate you on the way things worked out. We shall certainly come along on further special occasions. The presentation of the food and drinks were absolutely spot on. All our friends and relations also thoroughly enjoyed themselves. I just want to take this opportunity to thank you and your wonderful team for your efforts on our wedding day, from start to finish the day was an absolute joy and was perfect. You were like a machine on the day making sure everything was right I am so pleased with how things went. Everybody commented on how lovely the venue was and how nice the food was. The day was just amazing anyway, I could not have wished that it had gone any better.
The Members of the Flower Club would like to thank all your staff who made our celebration on Thursday such and enjoyable experience. We all had a wonderful meal and a lovely time. Just a quick note to say thank you very much for the wonderful night I had for my 21st Birthday party on Saturday 10th June. I have had lovely messages and notes from friends to say what a fantastic night they had, what with the food, venue and overall atmosphere, it will be a wonderful memory. We had our wedding here on the 29th may 2017, We had a fantastic day from the moment we booked to the final day. laura Swinnerton the manager and wedding coordinator was absolutely fantastic, she was so helpful with ourselves and our guests. In fact we forgot our pushchair for our 16 month old daughter which as all parents will know is abit of a nightmare but thankfully laura had her own personal pushchair bought to the venue for us to use, it was a godsend. As for the venue it was so beautifully decorated and well presented it felt such an honour to be able to have our wedding at such a beautiful place will lovely people, all of the staff were very helpful and professional too. Thank you so much Tern Hill Hall, Laura Swinnerton and all the staff for making our special day so fantastic and stress free. A definite recommendation from us.

We all enjoyed a wonderful day celebrating Arnold's 90th birthday last Sunday. We cannot thank you enough for organising it all for us so perfectly. To all the staff that were involved in the preparation for my Mum's 75th afternoon tea party on May 17th. The service was excellent, hotel and surrounding were stunning. She had a lovely time and I know it will be remembered for a long time; needless to say we will be returning in the future.
